  • A perfect solution for „Small Office“
    PDF Master Office Edition, installed on a single computer (usually a server) in an office network allows to convert any documents on any computer, connected to this local network, to PDF format. The created PDF documents will be automatically sent back to the client. It is also possible th send the files via email or to print them out on a usual printer. A wide range of PDF settings such as common document settings, image settings, pdf-security, watermarks, stamps, digital signatures etc. are available to the clients.

    To convert any document on another computer of the network, it is sufficient to print it on PDF Master Office Edition printer, which is accessible over the network after program installation on server. Thus it is only needed to add network printer to the list of used printers with the help of a standard procedure "Add printer" in "Printers and Faxes" folder on every computer, where document converting is necessary.

    PDF Master Office Edition, based on a virtual network printer, has another great advantage: it allows converting documents of any formats from any applications that are able to print a document or just any information (calculation results, search results etc.).

    PDF Master Office Edition automatically returns documents, converted to PDF format, to the computer of the user, who sent it for converting. There are several alternate methods of delivery:
  • copying to the personal shared folder of the user
  • sending as an e-mail attachment to the personal address of the user
  • sending as an e-mail attachment to one or multiple addresses, specified by the administrator of the program
  • printing on a usual printer

    Centralized converting of office documents is another great advantage of the program. It allows an easy ordering and archiving of company electronic documents.

    The program creates high-quality and compact PDF documents, fully appropriate to the specification of PDF version 1.6 and compatible with Adobe Reader 7.0. The most important settings are:

  • document properties (author, subject, keywords), PDF version (1.3 - 1.6), reader options
  • encrypted documents and permission settings
  • fonts embedding and embedded image formats (including CMYK color space)
  • automated converting of URL's in text to hyperlinks
  • adding text watermarks to document
  • adding standard stamps to document
  • digital signing of documents
